Ofcourse, any piece of artwork is a time consuming process that cannot be rushed. You would likely be looking at an approximate of between 2-4 weeks for portraits and branding. 1 - 3 months approximately for bespoke and larger custom work depending on the job at hand.

This can vary dependant on the back and forward process for alterations/changes.

To begin a commissioned artwork, we require a clear brief outlining your vision for the piece. This should include any reference images or inspiration you may have, preferred size or format, intended usage (personal or commercial), and any specific deadlines.

It would be helpful to have a confirmed budget, however if you aren't sure, I can simply provide a quote based on the brief. Providing clear information from the outset helps ensure a smooth process and allows the VIK KAINTH to deliver work that aligns with your expectations.

We accept bank transfer and PayPal, a card terminal transaction can also be made in person for artwork purchases and commissions.

- For custom work, full payment is required upfront prior to the design process, unless a payment arrangement has been agreed upon otherwise. - For larger job quotes we are happy to provide an agreement of 50% paid prior to the work commencing and a final amount upon completion, only then the final artwork/s will be delivered.

I am open to enquiries for interviews/podcast guest appearances, as well as any exhibition showcase needed for an event. (Please enquire with enough time to prepare) I will be happy to discuss and answer any questions that are needed. I would appreciate a pre-prepared general idea of what questions will be asked, or discuss points to have ready.

Most of our artworks ship from EUROPE to ensure artworks reach your doorstep safe and intact within 9 - 14 working days from confirmation of dispatch.

Some custom physical artworks that are specially printed, reaching some areas of the world can be a challenge, but we strive to provide the best possible options to make sure you receive your artwork orders!

ARTWORK PRINT PURCHASES In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please do not sign for the delivery if there is visible damage to the external packaging. Contact us immediately so we can assist you.

If a print is confirmed as damaged upon arrival, we will offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase. CUSTOM COMMISSIONED ARTWORK

All custom commissioned artworks are non-refundable once the creative process has begun.

We work closely with you throughout the commission to ensure the artwork aligns with the agreed brief. A project is only considered complete once you are satisfied and have formally signed off on the final piece.

Please note that the artist, Vik Kainth, is not obligated to create additional artworks free of charge if the client is dissatisfied with the initial outcome, provided the original brief has been fulfilled.

No artwork may be reproduced, printed, distributed, or used in any form—whether for personal or commercial purposes—without prior written permission from the artist. Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of artwork without consent or proper credit may result in legal action if the artwork is not immediately removed or destroyed upon notice.

Temporary usage licences for artworkS may be purchased upon enquiry. These licences can be used for personal or for promotional business use, and are issued at an agreed fee set by the artist, Vik Kainth.

Ownership of custom commissioned artwork transfers to the client only upon project completion and receipt of full payment. The artist retains the right to display commissioned works for portfolio, promotional, and archival purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
