Funded by the National lottery heritage fund, I illustrated 21 real stories for a book publication
Sikh Women's Aid approached me with the honourable task of illustration 21 deep and true stories told by South Asian women who had experienced being victims of domestic abuse, sexual assault and violence. A project that spanned 3-4 months for me but years for the ladies. This illustrated novel compiles real stories told by real women, to whom I say, Thankyou for trusting me with depicting you and your stories. Completed in AUGUST 2024.
